Regional management

As the driving force of your region and your career success, you’ll develop a high-quality care team that puts our clients’ needs at the heart of everything they do.

Why join us?

It’s a challenging and rewarding role. As the driving force of your region, you’ll develop a motivated, high-quality care team that will help grow the business and put the needs of clients at the heart of everything you do. As the largest home care provider in the UK, working with us gives you a unique opportunity to drive industry-leading care delivery, transforming the sector. You’ll be empowered and encouraged to get involved with interesting projects across our organisation, further expanding your knowledge, expertise and career.

What you’ll do

Focusing on your region’s operational performance, you’ll work with branch managers, and make sure they maintain quality and financial targets. You will deliver existing care contracts, meet with local authorities and add your input into contracts and tenders, to develop and implement new business. Most importantly, you’ll also coach branch managers and offer support with people issues, service delivery challenges and regulatory matters.

How you’ll be supported

We’ll support you from day one with a fantastic induction, on-boarding programme and all the tools necessary to help your region succeed. Our regional managers benefit from our national, specialist support teams – helping you to develop your area through training, IT infrastructure and marketing, along with centralised HR and finance services. If you prove yourself, you’ll enjoy the opportunity to progress and transfer your skills into other key business areas.

What we look for

With proven experience of leadership and managing remote teams, you’ll be skilled at business development, knowing how to grow your region and increase the hours of care provided. Possessing a level 5 qualification or above in health and social care, you’ll have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements and be a strong and inspirational team leader.
