Nurses and clinical leads

Use your existing healthcare experience to make a difference to the lives of clients who need more complex support. By meeting clients and assessing their needs, you’ll enable our care assistants to deliver extraordinary care.

Why join us?

As the biggest home care provider in the UK, we have the size and scale to make sure our nurses and clinical leads are really well-supported. You’ll get the opportunity manage your own diary around the clients you support, which means working regular Monday to Friday hours and even taking bank holidays and weekends off. We’ll always help you to you to balance your career with any other commitments you might have. We’ll even pay your Nursing and Midwifery Council registration fees once you’ve completed your probation period.

What you’ll do

With us, you’ll really get to know your clients, and they’ll look forward to seeing you. Each day, you’ll visit a variety of clients and assess their needs. You’ll provide care recommendations, review care packages, perform risk assessments and liaise with other health professionals. You’ll also supervise a team of care assistants and make sure they’re fully trained and providing high quality care.

How you’ll be supported

Our ongoing training and development will enable you to maintain your registration and teach you the skills necessary to create care packages for all areas of complex care, including clients with brain injuries, who need peg feeding and have life-limiting conditions.
