What you’ll do
As a vital member of our team, you’ll make sure we provide the sort of care you would want your own family members to receive. From your office base, you’ll offer colleagues the support they need to expertly care for their clients. And if that means occasionally visiting clients in the community yourself, then you’ll do that too.
Directing, mentoring and supervising the care assistant team, you’ll keep quality standards high, ensuring that care is delivered on time and in line with each client’s needs and wishes. You will also communicate closely with everyone involved in a client’s care, assess and review their care packages, allocate rotas and plan cover as needed.

What we look for
It calls for good people-management skills, the ability to plan and be well-organised. In return, you’ll typically work Monday to Friday. So, if you have some relevant experience and the compassion necessary to look after people, join our care coordinator team.
