Our combination of local knowledge and national scale makes us unique in our sector. It allows us to build close-knit teams where you’ll feel that you belong and can make an important contribution. And it also means that we can offer you a huge amount of support and scope for career development.

We respect individuality

We welcome people from all walks of life - no matter your background, experience or qualifications. The most important thing for a successful career in care with us is your attitude and willingness to learn.

We are a strong family group

We’re small enough for you to feel supported and large enough to offer you big opportunities. Whether providing home care, complex care or supported living, we do things differently, raising standards, professionalising services and ensuring our care assistants feel part of close-knit, community-focused teams.

We develop meaningful connections to help you grow

We invest in your development and promote from within. So, if you want to progress your career in care, you can. We’ll support you to focus on a specialism, move into care management or transfer your skills to a new area such as care governance or into one of our service support teams like IT. The opportunities here are endless.

We create brighter days

We constantly innovate. We use technology to transform and improve home care, for our care assistants and clients. We work together to build a clear and consistent ways of working. We listen, we learn, and we seek to shape the future positively.

We move forward together

Our goal is to become the best place to work in the home care sector, to offer better and more secure terms and conditions, along with clear career pathways and the best training and professional development available. We have bold ambitions and are working together to achieve them.

Real passion.

Real purpose.

Since we formed as a collection of like-minded established care providers in 2009, we’ve been a business with strong ethics. Founded with a keen social conscience, we have an unwavering belief in the value of high-quality home care. Most of our leaders have hands-on experience of care work themselves and that drives us to continue growing and improving within the care sector. Our companies

We continue to develop through the acquisition of businesses who share our passion for delivering high standards of care. We take on care packages from across the UK, from local authorities to the NHS. We also work closely with partner organisations to attract more private clients.

We’re passionate about being the leading home care provider in the UK. We want to use our scale and skills to deliver the best experiences for our employees and the people we support.

Real technology.

Real transformation.

Our tech makes your job easier

We have a vision to transform care for those we support, their loved ones and those who work with us, so we’re investing in transformative technology to help our people deliver even better care, even more effectively.

Our latest technology makes better use of data and aids the automation of everyday work processes to make life easier. Our mobile technology seamlessly connects care assistants and support workers with branch teams. And our innovative digital system automatically keeps friends and family up to date on the care of their loved ones, providing peace of mind.

Technology-led transformation

Our shared mobile app, called Access Care Planning, is designed to make the lives of people delivering care easier by taking away time-consuming paperwork – saving you time and allowing you to focus on what you do best.

We’ve also introduced an e-learning platform which supports you to work smarter and gain access to training courses and feedback to support your career development.
