Our shared mobile app, called Access Care Planning, is designed to make the lives of people delivering care easier by taking away time-consuming paperwork – saving you time and allowing you to focus on what you do best.
Our internal communications app, CCH Connect, enables employees to connect, stay informed about company news, voice their opinions, recognise peers, and access essential resources. We’ve also introduced an e-learning platform which supports you to work smarter and gain access to training courses and feedback to support your career development.
