You will be key to helping your team improve their performance and the performance of the branch. And most importantly you will be responsible for leading and motivating our team.
From day one, you’ll receive a fantastic induction and on-boarding programme, enabling you to focus on the day-to-day operation of your branch and to build strong working relationships with your branch team. There are real opportunities to progress at City & County, so you’ll be supported and encouraged to attend internal leadership training and even develop into regional management, if you want to.
With proven team leader experience, you’ll be comfortable supervising and managing colleagues and have substantial experience in the delivery and management of care services. Ideally, with a Level 5 qualification or above in Health and Social Care, you’ll have a working knowledge of regulatory requirements and possess the drive, resilience and attitude necessary to grow your branch and your career.
