Job Title: Senior Support Worker

Locations: Carmarthen Town, St Clears, Llandovery, Llandeilo, Pencader area, Llanelli, Burry Port & Ammanford

Pay Rate: £10.70 – £11.50 P/H (*based on area covering)

Mileage: 44p

Shifts available: Range of shifts available

Access to vehicle required: Yes, due to the geographical location and nature of the role

No experience required as specialist training will be provided!

Duties will include:

  • Working with individuals to promote independence, enabling an individual following health issues or an injury
  • Preventing deterioration by assessing the needs of an individual on a continual basis
  • Will be responsible for completing necessary referrals for various support such as Assistive Technology and supporting the individual to learn to use the technology independently
  • Liaising with relevant professionals and working alongside our other specialist services.
