Locations: Stockton (Areas available – Roseworth, Hardwick, Elmtree, Bishopscarth, Fairfield Town, Hartburn, Norton)

Pay Rate: £10.42 per hour

Mileage: 15p

Shift Pattern: Range of shifts available.

Access to vehicle required due to the geographical location and nature of the role

What you’ll do

Our Field Care Supervisors are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. As a supervisor you will ensure that safeguarding incidents are reported in accordance with policies and practices as well as identifying training and development needs and carrying out spot checks, supervisions and quality reviews. You’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You’ll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.

What you’ll need

You must have previous social care experience to apply for this role. We’re interested in people with compassion and the ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
