Home-Based

£27,000 per annum (pro-rata)

This is a 3 month fixed-term contract

We are looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our Legal Contracts Team on a 3-month fixed-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a business-critical commercial project that will help shape our future growth strategy.

Job Description


What You’ll Be Doing:

You will provide vital administrative support to the Legal Contracts Team, Your primary focus will be helping to complete our Contracts Database Project by:

  • Sourcing missing contracts and legal documents from commissioners

  • Uploading documents to our contracts database (Nomio)

  • Maintaining and updating our contract tracker

  • Ensuring information flows accurately into the Commercial Dashboard

You’ll also support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks while we assess long-term resourcing needs.

Qualifications


What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking someone who is organised, proactive, and has strong administrative experience, ideally within a legal or contracts environment. You should have:

  • Experience working as an administrator (preferably in a legal team or law firm)

  • Excellent IT and literacy skills, with high attention to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

  • Confidence to self-manage and prioritise your workload

  • Strong written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Excel)

  • A flexible and responsive approach to work
