Shifts available: Range of shifts available including sleep-ins

What you’ll do

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate people to empower adults with learning disabilities to promote independent living in their own homes. As a support worker, you will help create a supportive environment through a person-centred approach, enabling people to feel safe and live independently. You will encourage them to take control of their own lives, express their preferences, and make their own choices.

Qualifications


What you’ll need

You’ll need to be caring and compassionate, and a good listener. Experience working with learning disabilities and autism is desirable. However we’re more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You’ll need to be resilient too and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.
