What you’ll do

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate people to empower adults with learning disabilities to  promote independent living in their own homes. As a support worker, you will help create a supportive environment through a person-centred approach, enabling people to feel safe and live independently. You will encourage them to take control of their own lives, express their preferences, and make their own choices.

What you’ll need

Experience isn’t always required, but if you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values, and are willing to develop and learn, then you are the right fit for us.
