Weβre currently recruiting Full-Time and Part-Time Care Assistants to join our passionate, dedicated team supporting service users across North London (Barnet Borough).
π Work Locations
Serving local communities across the London Borough of Barnet, including:

π° Weekdays (MonβSat): Β£14.05 per hour
π° Sundays: Β£14.45 per hour

We offer flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle β our services run 7 days a week:
π Day Shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM β 2:00/3:00 PM
π Evening Shifts: 4:00 PM β 9:00 PM

π What Youβll Be Doing
As a Care Professional, youβll provide essential home care and support, following personalised plans that put dignity and respect first.
Your key responsibilities include:
β’ π§ Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
β’ π Medication support (preparation and administration)
β’ π² Meal preparation and mealtime assistance
β’ πΆ Mobility and equipment support
β’ π§Ί Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning)
β’ π¬ Companionship and emotional support
Youβll also:
β’ π€ Encourage social engagement and family connections
β’ π Monitor health and report any changes
β’ π Maintain accurate documentation
β’ π‘οΈ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
β’ π§© Work collaboratively with families and professionals
