Part-time 30 hours a week, Monday - Friday with additional on call duties

Qualifications

What you need

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on managing your rota’s to an impeccable standard and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
