We support service users across North and North West London. Work close to home and make a difference in your own community! Whether your daily route takes you past the iconic Camden Lock, near the leafy greens of Victoria Park in Finchley, or through the bustling local high streets, you will be a vital part of your neighbourhood.

💷 Pay & Benefits

💰 Weekdays (Mon-Fri): £14.50 per hour 💰 Saturdays: £14.50 per hour 💰 Sundays: £15.00 per hour

⏰ Shift Patterns

We offer flexible shifts across seven days a week to fit your lifestyle, making it easy to commute via the Northern Line, Overground, or local bus routes:

🌞 Day Shifts: 06:00/7:00 AM – 2:00 PM 🌙 Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM – 10:00/11:00 PM

Job Description

💙 Role & Responsibilities

Our Care Professionals are the extraordinary people who do the everyday things that mean so much to our clients. Supporting them to live safer and supported lives in their own homes, you’ll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care and practical tasks.

✨ You’ll help with:

• 💧 Personal care – washing, bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and toileting arrangements.

• 💊 Medication support – assisting clients with preparing and administering medication.

• 🚶 Mobility and physical support – helping clients overcome mobility problems and physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids/adaptations and personal equipment.

• 🍲 Eating and drinking – preparing meals, snacks, and drinks, and assisting with feeding if required.

• 🧺 Domestic tasks – making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, shopping, and emptying commodes.

✨ You’ll also:

• 🤝 Encourage social engagement and family connections

• 👀 Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family

• 📝 Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

• 🛡️ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively

• 🧩 Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

Qualifications

🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape!)

Hold onto your hats, because you don't need any social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders! 💪 We offer full, paid training — all you need is a heart of gold, reliability, and the drive to make a difference.

• ✅ Genuine compassion and respect for others (kindness goes a long way!)

• ✅ Strong communication and listening skills

• ✅ A positive, can-do attitude (as resilient as a rubber band and eager to learn)

• ✅ Reliability and a caring, supportive nature

• ✅ The right to work in the UK

(Note: Depending on your exact routes, access to a vehicle/valid driving licence or the ability to travel efficiently between local London locations is required.)
