Job Description


What you’ll do

As a Care Manager, working alongside the Registered Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the care provision within a designated Extra Care Scheme (ECS), ensuring the highest standards of care support. The Care Manager is expected to foster a lively, vibrant living environment for tenants, built on person-centered principles and the promotion of autonomy, dignity and independence whilst ensuring excellent standards of regulatory and contractual compliance in line with principles of good care and best practice

Qualifications


What you need

You will need to be an efficient, organised and experienced care professional who is passionate about providing the best care, thrive on managing a team within a health and social care environment and take pride in building relationships with your clients and care workers.

Due to the field based elements of the role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.
