Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant.

Working in the family home of our client you will make a real difference in providing care and support in this varied role.

The main duties of the role will be providing ventilator management, administering medication via nasogastric tube, personal care, manual handling and seizure management.

You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas.

We care for and support people of all ages, in the community and in their homes with a range of complex needs. Every day will be different and you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.    

Qualifications

What you’ll need

Previous Complex Care experience is not required but it will be beneficial to have experience in ventilation for this role.  You will have full nurse-led training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various areas.

We are looking for a care professional who brings empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships.  We are seeking a care professional that is punctual, reliable and will provide consistency for our client.
