Are you a high-performing recruiter driven to attract and hire high-quality candidates in a fast-paced, competitive market? Do you thrive on building stakeholder relationships and delivering an exceptional candidate journey? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

About CCH Group
CCH Group (City & County Healthcare Group) is one of the UK’s leading providers of community-based social care services. Through our national network of branches and specialist teams, we help people live independently in their own homes, supporting a range of needs from elderly care to complex health conditions. At CCH Group, we are committed to putting care first for both our clients and our teams.

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Resourcing Partner to join our dynamic HR team. In this vital role, you will be the recruitment champion for our London, South, and Operational teams, managing a portfolio of vacancies across key business functions. These include HR, Finance, IT and Marketing, as well as essential frontline roles such as Registered Branch Managers and Care Coordinators.

Working in a fast-paced and competitive sector, you'll need to think outside the box, attract high-quality candidates, and provide a seamless end-to-end recruitment experience. Your strong knowledge of the London and South area will help you build effective talent pipelines, while your ability to nurture stakeholder relationships will ensure a smooth and collaborative recruitment process across the organisation.

Job Description

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Resourcing Partner at CCH Group, you won’t just be filling jobs, you’ll be driving the success of our branches and support teams by connecting them with the talent they need to thrive.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with hiring managers across our London, South, and Operational teams, helping them recruit for a wide range of positions.

Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:

  • Be the recruitment expert: Work side-by-side with hiring managers to craft compelling job adverts and smart attraction strategies that cut through a crowded market

  • Own the process: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting and sourcing to interviews and offers, using our ATS, Smart Recruiters, to keep everything running like clockwork.

  • Think outside the box: Use your creativity and market insight to proactively source top talent via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and specialist platforms

  • Champion the candidate experience: Keep candidates informed, engaged, and inspired throughout the process, delivering clear feedback and a brilliant journey from start to finish

  • Build lasting partnerships: Develop trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as the go-to advisor for all things recruitment in your region

  • Drive recruitment strategy: Support long-term workforce planning by shaping recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines that futureproof our business

  • Stay data-savvy: Report on vacancy progress and performance, sharing insights and recommendations with your Resourcing Manager and HR partners

If you're looking for a role where you can make a real impact, work across a variety of functions, and truly own your recruitment portfolio, this is it.
