Job Description

What you’ll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant and make a real difference to our client.

Working in the family home of our client you will make a real difference in providing care and support in this varied role. With this role you will be supporting our client on a 1:1 basis. Assisting him at home and in the community, supporting him in leading a fulfilled life. He enjoys going to the gym and playing snooker.  

We are looking for a care professional who brings energy, empathy and enthusiasm to every shift. You will be someone who values building strong relationships and providing high quality and attentive care. The successful candidate will be someone who is responsive, alert, pro-active, reassuring and has a calm approach. 

The key duties of the role include:

• 1:1 support
• Ensuring his safety
• personal care
• manual handling
• access into the community
• support with day to day activities

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

You don’t need complex care experience to apply for this role, as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference. You’ll receive full nurse-led training and ongoing clinical support to develop skills in various areas.
