We are currently looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Raynes Park branch team. π Work Locations As this is a community-based role, you will be travelling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across South West London, primarily covering:
Raynes Park, Clapham, Brixton, Merton, Mitcham, Wimbledon, Putney, Battersea, Wandsworth, and Morden.
π· Competitive Pay & Travel Support We know that travelling between clients is a core part of community care, so we make sure you are fully supported and compensated for your time on the road!
π° Hourly Rate: Β£15.15 per hour (Mon-Fri) | Β£15.35 per hour (Saturday) | Β£15.65 per hour (Sunday)
β±οΈ Paid Travel Time: You are paid for your travel time between visits (Travel Time Top-Up included!)
β° Shift Patterns Designed for Real Life We know how important work-life balance is. Whether you need shifts that work around family life, or you are looking for full-time consistency, we offer flexible patterns across seven days a week to suit your lifestyle:
Day Shifts: 06:00/07:00 AM β 2:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 2:00 PM β 10:00/11:00 PM

While previous experience isn't necessary, you'll need to show us that you've got compassion oozing from your pores, communication skills that would make a UN diplomat jealous, and problem-solving abilities that would impress our Moher Teresa herself! Oh, and a commitment to delivering top-notch, respectful care that would make your gran proud!
