We offer a secure, inclusive environment where you are empowered to build a long-term, rewarding career while making a genuine, lasting difference in your local community.

📍 Work Locations As this is a community-based role, you will be travelling to support clients within their local communities. We proudly provide high-quality care across the Queensbury area, primarily covering:

  • Sudbury Hill, Neasden, Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware, Cannon Park, and Wembley.

While we welcome applications across all our areas, we have care packages that require specific everyday heroes!

  • NW9: We are urgently seeking Gujarati-speaking Female Care Professionals for full-time or part-time roles.
  • HA3 & HA8: We are specifically looking for Female Care Professionals for full-time or part-time opportunities.
  • HA0: Full-time and part-time Care Professionals required.

(Please note: Due to the nature of personal care and the specific linguistic/cultural needs of the individuals we support, the NW9, HA3, and HA8 roles are exempt under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1. There is a genuine occupational requirement for female and/or Gujarati-speaking Care Professionals for these specific care packages).

💷 Competitive Pay & Travel Support We know that travelling between clients is a core part of community care, so we make sure you are fully supported and compensated for your time on the road!

  • 💰 Hourly Rate: £14.80 per hour (Mon-Sat) | £15.15 per hour (Sunday)
  • ⏱️ Paid Travel Time: You are paid for your travel time between visits (Travel Time Top-Up included!)
