Weβre looking for experienced full-time and part-time Female Care Assistants to join our dedicated team, supporting service users across Hemel Hempstead and the surrounding Hertfordshire area.

Weekdays (MonβFri): Β£14.20 per hour
Weekends (SatβSun): Β£16.00 per hour
Mileage allowance: Β£0.30 per mile

We provide care 7 days a week with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
Day Shifts: 07:00 AM β 3:00 PM
Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM β 10:00 PM
π‘ What Weβre Looking For
Experienced female care assistants with a passion for helping others
Reliable, compassionate, and committed individuals
Willingness to travel locally (mileage paid)
Must be eligible to work in the UK
π What Youβll Be Doing
Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. Youβll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.
β¨ Youβll help with:
π§ Providing personal care with dignity and respect β bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
π Assisting with medication β preparation and administration
πΆ Helping with mobility β and using aids/equipment safely
π² Preparing meals/snacks β and offering mealtime support
π§Ί Carrying out light domestic duties β laundry, making beds, light cleaning
π¬ Offering companionship and reassurance β building meaningful relationships
β¨ Youβll also:
π€ Encourage social engagement and family connections
π Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
π Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
π‘οΈ Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
π§© Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team
π¦Έ What Weβre Looking For
We are looking for experienced female care professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our wonderful clients.
β Experience: Previous experience as a Care Assistant with a true passion for helping others.
π Driving Requirement: A willingness to travel locally with a full driving licence and access to a vehicle (mileage paid).
