Job Description

What you’ll do

As a Complex Care Assistant, you’ll support our client with mobility, personal care (including catheter care), household tasks, meal preparation, and medication administration, while also providing companionship. They enjoy conversation and watching movies. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy, and enthusiasm to every shift, values strong relationships, and is committed to high-quality, attentive care. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills with full training and clinical support in areas such as tracheostomy care, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You’ll work with clients of all ages in their homes and communities, supporting those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs. Every day brings something new, and your care will make a real difference in people’s lives while advancing your own professional development.

What you’ll need

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training.
