As the Hub Scheduling Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Hub Schedulers, optimising care schedules, and ensuring seamless service delivery for both Homecare and Reablement. Your expertise will ensure compliance, enhance service quality, and support operational growth—all while making a real difference in the lives of our service users.

What We Offer:
What You’ll Do
Team Leadership – Manage and support a team of Hub Schedulers to ensure all care visits are efficiently scheduled and optimised.
Care Coordination – Oversee the rostering of Care Professionals, ensuring schedules are issued on time and that all visits for both Homecare and Reablement are completed in compliance with company standards.
Operational Management – Proactively manage staff absences, ensuring appropriate cover is arranged and all roster changes are communicated effectively.
Collaboration – Work closely with Intake Coordinators and the Hub Field Care Manager to ensure smooth transitions for new referrals from initial assessment to business-as-usual operations.
Compliance & Documentation – Maintain accuracy across digital systems (e.g., People Planner, Active Care Planning) and ensure adherence to company-wide rostering standards.
Quality Assurance – Conduct regular quality checks to maintain high service standards, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
People Management – Provide leadership, performance management, and development opportunities for your team through regular one-to-one meetings, supervisions, and appraisals.
Reporting & Audits – Provide performance reports to senior managers and support CQC inspections and internal audits.
What You’ll Bring
Proven Leadership – Experience in a managerial role within the healthcare or homecare sector, with the ability to lead and support a team effectively.
Compliance & Quality Focus – Strong understanding of compliance requirements, including Care Plans, Risk Assessments, and Reablement.
Care Coordination Expertise – Experience in managing care coordination and scheduling staff efficiently.
Strong Communication Skills – Ability to engage with staff at all levels, providing clear direction and support.
Problem-Solving & Decision-Making – Confident in making timely and effective decisions under pressure.
Organisational Excellence – Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
