Shifts: 10 am - 8 am (22-hour shift) | 10 am - 10 pm (day shift) 10 pm - 8 am (sleep shift) | 2 shifts per week

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for warm, reliable, and compassionate Care Assistant to join an established care package supporting a lady living in her own home. She experiences ongoing mental health challenges and requires consistent, person‑centered support to promote her wellbeing, independence, and daily routine. This role is ideal for someone patient, emotionally resilient, and confident in providing calm, grounded support. Applicants must be comfortable around cats, happy to interact with them, and able to support a household where animals play an important emotional role.

As a Complex Care Assistant, you will provide a high level of support tailored to his needs, including:

• Food preparation.
• Cleaning/laundry duties.
• Feeding the cats and cleaning the litter tray
• Escorting duties
• Helping to manage anxiety
• Medication management

Previous care experience is not required for this role.
