Job Description

What you’ll do

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team supporting a baby with complex health needs. They have a tracheostomy and require PEG feeding, we are looking for someone who can support the family with day to day living.

This role involves delivering person-centred care, promoting independence wherever possible, and ensuring his safety, comfort, and well-being at all times. You will work closely with his family, school staff, and clinical professionals to provide consistent and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care, paediatrics, or similar clinical settings (preferred).
• Competency or willingness to be trained in tracheostomy and PEG care.
• Reliability, patience, and a child-centred approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team and family environment.
