Pay: £14.70 days £15.20 Nights and Weekends 

Shifts: 8-hour day shifts and 12-hour night shifts

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated support worker to provide care for a young man with complex requirements. This will involve providing support with day to day activities, personal care, moving and handling and assisting with all clinical requirements. 

Qualifications

You would not require any experience to apply for this role, however experience with the following would be beneficial for this position:

• Tracheostomy Care
• PEG feeding 
• Suctioning via tracheostomy
• Medication administration
• Epilepsy and Seizures

What you will need:

• To be reliable and punctual
• Have excellent communication skills
• Promote choice, respect, and dignity
• Be able to record information accurately, clearly, and promptly
