Digital Content Creator 

This role is fully remote; however, applicants must reside in the UK and have the right to work without the need for sponsorship.

Please be aware that occasional travel may be required to meet business needs.

We’re looking for someone who will proactively drive content from our teams across CCH Group’s 32 companies, using audience insights and creative thinking to grow our business, expand our reach and attract the very best talent. You’ll create, plan, manage and report on campaigns, making sure our digital content is the envy of the care sector – placing CCH Group as the inspirational, aspirational care company of choice.

Job Description


  • You’ll deliver engaging, people-centred content across our internal and external digital channels
  • You’ll report on trends, behaviors and engagement to make sure our content is reaching the right people, with the right messaging
  • You’ll assess our competitors and the boarder healthcare space to inform our direction on becoming the best place to work in care
  • You’ll work closely with our local frontline teams to source exciting news stories, innovations and staff recognition to help share the story of CCH Group
  • You’ll write and repurpose copy for our diverse range of audiences, across our social media channels websites and internal staff app
  • You’ll create impactful graphics to support your content and grab the attention of our audiences
  • You’ll create motion graphics and video clips to share the first-hand experiences of our dedicated teams and the people they care for
  • You’ll be a key ally of our teams driving recruitment, retention and growth, generating creative concepts that bring our culture to life

Qualifications


  • Highly creative, with a strong ability to identify target audiences and create engaging digital content campaigns.
  • An inspiring leader who motivates and unites teams through compelling storytelling.
  • Passionate communicator with an eye for discovering impactful stories.
  • Driven to uncover and share the powerful stories of our 14,000 team members making a difference across the UK.
  • Experienced across digital channels (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WordPress, Mailchimp); familiarity with internal communication apps is a plus.
  • Proficient in paid advertising platforms, including Meta and Google.
  • Skilled in Adobe tools such as Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro for creating engaging content.
  • Confident collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Aligned with and driven by the Group's values.
