About the Branch – East London Branch 

East London (London Care) is a well-established branch dedicated to delivering high-quality care services in the local community.

We are proud to have achieved a Good rating across all areas in our latest CQC inspection, reflecting our dedication to delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care.

The branch structure ensures efficient support, service delivery and strong leadership, comprising:

• 3x Care Coordinators – Responsible for managing care schedules, ensuring efficient service delivery, and providing day-to-day support to both staff and clients.

• 1x Care Manager - Supporting you and the operational delivery of care services, ensuring compliance, quality standards, and client satisfaction are consistently met.

• 2x Field Care Supervisors (FCS) – Overseeing care quality through regular client assessments, staff observations, and ongoing supervision and support.

• 1x ECM Officer – Managing the electronic call monitoring system to ensure accurate care delivery, timely visits, and compliance with contractual obligations.

• A team of dedicated Care Professionals – Providing compassionate, high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting independence and wellbeing.

What you’ll do

The role of the Registered Manager is to manage the day to day activity and to grow a successful care team who individually deliver personal care services to our service users.  In the running of the branch, you will be accountable for ensuring the correct number of suitably qualified care workers are available to meet the service demands, that the care work is of the required standard and that all processes are followed and correctly controlled and documented.

You will also be responsible for compliance for quality internally and for regulators and contract holders.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in domiciliary care or extra care settings.
• NVQ Level 5 qualification (or a strong understanding of statutory and regulatory frameworks).
• Excellent organisational skills with a passion for delivering high-quality community care.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and budget management skills.
