Payroll & Administrative Support – Hybrid (Nottingham NG15 0ED / Home)
Salary: £27,030
Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Role Purpose
We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll & Administrative Support professional to assist with payroll administration for our remote operating companies and provide key administrative support to the Operations Director and Managing Director. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations and helps drive efficiency across the team.

Reporting Line
This role reports directly to the Operations Director.

Team Structure
You will work closely with the Operations Director, Managing Director, and the Senior Management Team.

Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll administration and related processes for remote operating companies

  • Perform general administrative duties as required

  • Support auditing tasks as directed by the Regional Manager or Head of Nursing

  • Manage diaries and provide clerical support for the Operations Director

  • Assist the Managing Director with administrative tasks

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures

Qualifications


Essential Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and remotely

  • Previous payroll administration experience

Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience in a PA or executive support role
