Shifts Available: Weekdays & Weekends, 4 Shifts Per Week - 10 am - 4 pm

Access to a vehicle required, due to the geographical location of the role.

Job Description

What you'll do

Join us as a Support Worker and take the next step in your care career by supporting a young adult with cerebral palsy in their home and community. This rewarding role involves managing PEG feeding, medication administration, and personal care, while also driving the client’s mobility vehicle. You’ll work with individuals with complex needs such as spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries, gaining valuable experience and making a real difference in people’s lives every day. No two days are the same, and each one offers the opportunity to grow your skills and brighten someone’s life. Experience with PEG feeding is essential.

Qualifications

What you'll need

Experience in complex care would be extremely advantageous, especially in the following:

• PEG feeding
• Medication administration
• Moving & Handling Equipment
• Knowledge of eye gaze technology
