Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring outstanding care by assessing and reviewing individual services, supervising care workers, and providing hands-on support in the field.

You’ll spend most of your time out in the community, with some office-based administrative work, ensuring care services run smoothly. Your role may focus on a specific geographical area or service, such as hospital discharge or Extra Care schemes, and may require working flexible hours to meet service needs.

Qualifications


What You’ll Bring:

We’re looking for a Field Care Supervisor with a strong understanding of high-quality care and a passion for supporting both service users and care teams. You’ll need:

A solid understanding of care principles – ensuring the highest standards of support.
Knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements related to our services.
Experience with service user needs relevant to the local area.
An understanding of health & safety, risk assessment, and management in the care sector.
Strong communication skills – able to follow instructions and work effectively with others.
A commitment to equality and inclusion in all aspects of care.
Good interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with care workers and service users.
A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle – as this role requires travel in the community.
