Job Description

What you’ll do

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Children’s Complex Care Support Worker to join a small, dedicated team supporting an infant with complex health needs. The child has a tracheostomy and requires PEG feeding, and the role involves supporting the family with day-to-day care at home.

You will provide safe, person-centred care, promoting comfort, well-being, and independence where possible. You will work closely with the family and healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality support.

Qualifications

What you'll need

• Experience in complex care, paediatrics, or similar clinical settings (preferred).
• Competency or willingness to be trained in tracheostomy and PEG care.
• Reliability, patience, and a child-centred approach.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well within a team and family environment.
