You will be the driving force behind winning new contracts and securing fresh opportunities for CCH Group. Your mission? Key responsibilities

Bid/proposal writing:

· Research and create high-quality, persuasive content; for bids, tenders, and proposals; aligned with client priorities and CCH Group’s value propositions

· Tailor solution-based submissions to alleviate client pain points, highlighting CCH added value

 

Bid management:

· Manage the end-to-end bid process, leading on CCH governance processes, including kick offs, win theme workshops, pre-submission approvals, lessons learned and win/loss reviews

· Drive win theme development, utilising market insight/intelligence and client requirements, collaborating with Commercial Growth and Operations teams to shape client-specific solutions

· Ensure timely and compliant submission of all documents

· Coordinate with internal teams to bring proposals to life, gathering examples and relevant information and contributions to showcase our service delivery expertise

 

Content creation/development/maintenance:

· Contribute creatively to library of bid content, case studies, and other key materials

· Regularly update content pool to reflect CCH Group’s achievements and capabilities

· Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback into future submissions to continually enhance quality
 

Quality assurance:

· Ensure all submissions meet client specifications, regulatory standards and CCH Group guidelines

· Conduct thorough reviews and peer reviews of content/submissions to ensure accuracy and consistency
 

Market research:

· Manage pre-bid engagement strategies, including early engagement, intelligence gathering and capture planning

· Research industry trends, competitors, client needs and conduct local area research to tailor effective responses

· Analyse feedback from unsuccessful bids to identify areas for improvement and strengthen future efforts.

· Be familiar with best practice and policy recommendations relating to health and social care
 

Person specification

· Experience of working in health and social care tendering and contracts role

· Previous experience in Sales and/or Client Management role(s) (preferable)

· Ability to work on multiple projects under pressure and within deadlines

· Ability and willingness to work flexibly in order to meet tight deadlines

· Resilience and problem solving in the face of adversity

· A strong, clear and persuasive writing style

· Excellent attention to detail

· Advanced proof-reading and editing skills

· Advanced knowledge of IT packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email

· An understanding of LA and CCG commissioning and processes

· Understanding of the health and social market (e.g. Domiciliary Care, Continuing healthcare, Extra Care)

· Enthusiastic, motivated and self-starter

· Team player
