                            Thursday, Friday & Saturday (Waking Nights)

Job Description

What you'll do

This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your current skill base and join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and enhance skills in various complex areas We care for and support people of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, with rehabilitation, learning disabilities, and mental health. You may be supporting people to go to work/ college, with personal tasks, household jobs, taking part in hobbies, accompanying them on day trips or even planning a holiday. . Every day will be different. And you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter, whilst developing your skills and knowledge.

The client is a young gentlemen in his late twenties who has learning disabilities and Autism. On your day-to-day you will be required to follow the client's regimented routine, administering medication, providing personal care and assisting with C-Pap ventilation overnight. 

Qualifications

What you'll need

Experience with challenging behaviours, Autism and learning disabilites, and medication administration would be extremely advantageous.
